ALthough it was not for any of the wonderful signed photos on this page, I did meet the one and only Gene Wilder at Waterstones Piccadilly (07th June 2005) for a book signing. He has long been one of my acting heroes, and I was 3rd in the queue. He really does have the most dazzling and beautiful blue eyes. I have two copies of his book signed from this event - one dedicated to my wife and I, the other just signed. I only took a picture of the dedicated book.
Attended LFACC, July 2017. Had the pleasure of meeting Rusty Goffe on the Saturday. I missed him at a few shows over the years, so glad I finally corrected that. Lovely chap to meet, and enjpyed chatting with him.
This has been a very special film for me since my earliest childhood memories. I have loved this film my entire life, and still do to this day. Gene Wilder is one of my acting heroes, and is quite remarkable in the title role. Quite simply the best family movie ever made.
